By accessing or purchasing any product from J&R SmartFarm Store (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

J&R SmartFarm Store is a digital store owned and operated by J&R Distributing, Inc., located in Lake Norden, South Dakota, USA. All products offered are digital goods delivered electronically.

We sell digital products intended for livestock producers, including but not limited to calculators, spreadsheet templates, PDF guides, and other downloadable tools. Product descriptions are provided on each product page.

4. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing the digital file or a download link. Delivery is electronic only; no physical items will be shipped.

6. License and Use
When you purchase a digital product, J&R Distributing, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your personal or internal farm business purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, modify, or create derivative works from the product.

7. No Professional Advice

8. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases where the file is defective or does not match its description, provided you contact us within 7 days. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

All content, including files, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of J&R Distributing, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
